Hi Sang;

  This error is on a Microsoft DLL outside of PowerClient (PB for that matter). It is quite possible that this DLL has been either corrupted or not installed properly. I would first check your O/S, as follows:

Hi Sang Chul,

Can you reproduce the issue when you compile as classic client/server application (not using PowerClient)?

In the external files tab of the PowerClient project, have you included all the files required by your app?  And any OCXs/DLLs that need to be registered, have you checked the box to have PowerClient auto-register it for you?

If you run the app using "run as administrator" option, does that resolve the problem?

Best regards,
Armeen

Just a side question about the Cloud App Launcher. Armeen you say it does not require admin rights .. is this also true when installing it the first time ?

Hi Steven ... When the CAL is built as "Single User" use - No. If the CAL is built for "Multiple User" use - Yes. Note that Appeon is optimizing the CAL design in PB/PS2022.

Regards ... Yes.

Hi Sang Chul Song,

As Armeen mentioned, the Cloud App Launcher doesn’t require admin privileges. The issue might relate to some specific code. Please open a support ticket in the support portal and please provide the information below for more study, Many thanks in advance.
https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/

1. Does it work well in the PB application?
2. Do other machines have the same issue?
3. Do other applications have the same issue?
4. A simple PB case and the detailed steps to reproduce the issue.

Regards,
Kai
