 I recently installed Infomaker 2022 on my workstation and attempted to edit the custom pbl that we use for Famous ERP, but after saving the global.pbl file from my pc using Infomaker, the GS1-128 barcode, VoicePick code and UPC barcode disappeared from the printed label.

This used to work on my previous pc with Infomaker, so since this is a new pc and installation of Infomaker 2022, I wonder if I need to add a library or something to my Infomaker to be able to work with PBL's that requires these barcodes.

On the attached image, the top label is what prints now, the bottom label shows what used to print prior to my saving the .pbl file using my Infomaker.

Please advise.

Hi Bryan;

  All you should need to do is ..

  1. Install the appropriate font(s) that you require in MS-Windows O/S to the support GS1-128 barcode, VoicePick code and UPC barcode 
  2. Ensure that the IM Report(s) and / or Form(s) objects that require those font(s) have been assigned their respective font in the associated painter.
