Hi Team,

We are using Appeon PowerBuilder 2017 R2 Build version for our PowerBuilder application. We are planned for an Vulnerability scanning using "Sonatype Nexus Vulnerability scanner" which will support all open source softwares including C/C++ applications.

Can you please advice whether the PowerBuilder application will be compatible for the Sonatype Nexus scanning.

Nexus does not support scanning PowerScript, and I am not aware of any free tools for scanning PowerScript.  If you are willing to spend money, take a look at Visual Expert, and from what I have heard they are very responsive to add any additional rules that you suggest to them that you would like scanned.

Can we use Veracode Scan for Powerbuilder 2017 R2. If yes how do we integrate, is there any alternative to achieve this.

Hi Raj, I recommend you ask the vendor of the security scanning tool if they support PowerBuilder.
