Hi all,

Currently running PB 2022 R2 build 2819.

 

I'm attempting to download and install PB 2022 R3 LTS and it keeps failing on the download.  I had this problem with the previous version I tried to download and gave up.  I've attached the log of the download failures.

Any ideas?

@Chris I've uploaded a new version of the log file that contains my attempts to use the offline install

Online, but I am fairly certain last time I tried to download the upgrade I tried both with no success

Hi Cory;

I would try the offline route again. This time when you run the AutoExec.EXE to start the PB installation after the download has completed, also run it "As Admin". HTH

Hi Cory;

 Are you trying to perform an "Online" or "Offline" install?
