Is there a status page for the Appeon license server? It appears api.appeon.com is currently experiencing issues but I'd love to know for sure. Anyone at our office (and remote, so this is through multiple ISPs) that is trying to log in is getting a network connection error, and anyone that attempts to refresh their license as a test gets an error that it cannot contact api.appeon.com. Manually visiting api.appeon.com in a browser gives a 500 server error.

As long as you were already logged in you were fine, it was if you were logged out and needed to log in.

Whatever it was, the licensing server appears to be functioning normally again at this time.

It seems like the WWW has had some ISP / DNS routing issues this AM from what I can gather.

We're also seeing this, here in Utah, USA. In the firewall log, I'm seeing:

 

HTTPS Handshake: sslv3 alert certificate unknown

 

So it appears something is wrong with the certificate Appeon is presenting? Did it expire?

  I am logged into PB 2022 R3 and PB 2025 this AM with no online license issues.

Where are you located country / region wise?

I'm also seeing problems. One of my coworkers is being told he is already logged in, but the "Logout" option on the License Management page is timing out.

Just after I posted, I tried again and "Logout" worked.
