In the last few months, problems with this site and also the support tickets site have increased. I don't know how many times I've been told to clear my cache. Something is definitely wrong.

Hi Glenn;

  Please feel free to open a support ticket if you encounter any website issues. However, I've been on the main site & the community site all day with no such issues. So in your case, the internet slowness might be a localized problem in your area (just guess).

   Also, please try clearing your web browser's "cache" & try again. That sometimes causes this type of issue. HTH

Regards... Chris

I found a support email link on the front page of the forum...emailed it. Any attempt by me to interact with that page results in it becoming permanently unresponsive...

Yes, me too. :-(

BTW: in your performance thread we were talking about the DS's handle setting in a custom pb.ini.

Did you try adding a setting to your PB.INI to stop any MS-Windows "accessibility" interactions? If course, this would assume that your app has some open (even hidden) Window objects.
