Hi Clarence,
The Appeon Workspace currently available on the Apple App store is build #1988. This build of the Appeon Workspace is only compatible with applications deployed with PowerServer 2019, which currently is only available in the Workgroup and Enterprise Editions of PowerServer.
Regardless, the Appeon Workspace that's available on the Apple App Store will always be updated to the latest version available. This is because Apple's policies don't allow more than one version of the same application to be on the App Store. If you have applications deployed using the Appeon Workspace on the App store this will cause version mismatching to occur on your apps every time a new version is released. For these reasons, the workspace on the Apple App store or the Android Play Store is for demonstration use only and is not meant for production use.
To guarantee the functionality of your application with the Appeon Workspace, you must package and distribute your own iOS or Android Workspace tailored to your own configuration and version of PowerServer.
The PowerServer Toolkit allows you to package your own Workspace.
Packaging a Workspace is simple, however, Packaging an iOS Workspace requires a number of extra steps due to Apple's closed environment's security restrictions.
Here is documentation which details step-by-step instructions on packaging your own iOS Workspace:

PowerBuilder 2019 Universal Edition will include PowerServer 2019 (PB Edition) which should be compatible with the workspace currently available on the iOS store, but if you rely on the demo Workspace on the App store, eventually you will experience this problem again. For this reason, and to guarantee the functionality of your app, you must deploy your own Appeon iOS and Android Workspaces.
Cordially,
Mariano C.
