Hello,

the PB SOAP XML engine only deploys 32bit WS targets, that's why you cannot use 64bit DB drivers.

Connection to DB must use 32bit ODBC or native drivers.

Best,

Marco is exactly right. If you upgrade to PB 2018 you will be able to deploy your web services as C# REST Web APIs, which support both 32-bit and 64-bit. So then you can benefit from 64-bit driver as well as ensure your system is supported for years to come.

Hi Youping;

  Your question is a little subjective as PB.net was a separate product & produced WCF based web services. On the other hand, PB "Classic" had a Web Service Target that produced WebForm (.Net) based web services.

  Which product are you referring to?

Regards ... Chris
