Hi Team

I am having an Android app running with PowerServer 2019 build 2170.

I am considering upgrading to PowerServer 2019 build 2703 in order to rebuild the app running on Android 11.

If there are any advices or special attention on preparation, please kindly advise.

Hi Nguyen;

  I would make sure that you are on PowerServer 2020 first (included with PB 2019 R3 GA). PS2020 should upgrade OK right over top of PS 2019. After that, apply the PB2019R3 MR.. This MR also includes the PowerServer MR as well. Once you are on that build (2703), your Android 11 devices should work well. Note that after PS2020 build 2703 installation, make sure that you A) Update your Mobile Templates in the PS Toolkit; B) Update AWS on your Android devices and then C) Republish your Mobile Apps.  HTH
