Hello,

I am trying to get an app deployed to both android store and apple store.

I first want to update to the latest PowerServer, of which it tells me would be 2020 Build 2323 and that I would upgrade from Build 2020 2279.

But when I try to update I get the following issue (see attached images).

I have also attached the log file in zip (does not allow .log or .txt uploads)

Things to note - this server is currently running 2x live apps on IIS, but I did stop the w3wp.exe it asked me to

Please help - this is urgent

I've tried stopping IIS through cmd "iisreset /stop" then ran the update and it still failed

Attached screenshot and logging again

Did you download the "packages" & install from these or just tried using the installer via the "on-line" option?

1. Turn off your antivirus software and see if it resolves the issue.
2. Check the System Log & Application log and see if you can find any hint for the issue.
3. Check the log in the following location and see if it helps to resolve the issue.
C:\windows\System32\AppeonInstallLog
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\AppeonInstallLog
