Hi 

we ran into some serious issue on Friday evening, all our apps suddenly stopped working due to below error.

we are using JWT authentication with our own JWT Servers and verified we are getting a valid access token also.

Seems to be some problem with your authentication code or the JWT server.

what changed friday?

 

Did you setup PS to call your JWT auth server to verify the JWT?

  • What version & build of PB & PS are you using?
  • What version & build of the Windows O/S are the apps running on?
