Hi Experts,

I am moving my PowerBuilder applications from on premise platform to Azure. Kindly suggest me what are things I need to consider while this shifting.

How to identify any configuration details in the PowerBuilder application, How to find the any dependencies in the application.

Thanks

lift and shift generally means no changes to the application and running things from a hosted desktop.

if that is the case, you would probably want to run the app in RDS server from azure.  the database, which you did not specify, would need to be hosted on either a vm or possibly as a sql azure database.

if you are willing to make some application changes, then you should consider powerserver instead of terminal server.

Hi,

I think your questions are too generic, giving very little detailed information.

I suggest you lookup the Azure documentation.

regards.
