Aaron - Can you be a little more specific, as in, can you describe what "not working" means? What version of PB are you using?

Hi Aaron;

 If you are using "'sybase datawindow ps " - then, you are probably trying to use GhostScript to generate PDF's. It might be that your GS software is a bit old. PDF generation using GS works great for me on my Windows version 18362 PCs.  I am using GS version 9.23 on my systems.

 Note1: Looks like the latest release is 9.27.

 Note2: Make sure that you use the driver supplied by GS only when you install the "'sybase datawindow ps " printer.

Regards ... Chris

Thanks Chris

You are right... we are using GhostScript 9.02 version(gs902w32.exe). But it was working fine on win7

It is not realistic to expect an older version of a software to be compatible with a newer version of Windows, especially Windows 10 that made lots of changes. I know historically Windows OS upgrades have not been major issue, but with Windows 10 the situation is different. This is why a key feature of newer versions of PB (e.g. 2017 and 2019) is Windows 10 compatibility.

Hi Aaron;

The W10 architecture internally is quite different internally than W7. Especially now since W10 drivers have to be signed and meet other new criteria ...
