Resolved Swagger.xml is being used by another process

I am trying to create build in snapdevelop and it gives ServerAPIs\OpenAPI\Swagger.xml is used by another process. I am unable to locate process using that file. I am not sure how to get rid of this error without re-booting my machine.

Hi Omprakash,

Is it possible that file could be open in a text editor (inside the IDE or otherwise)?

Microsoft has a nifty little set of tools: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/powertoys/
One of these tools is called File Locksmith, which is supposed to show you what apps have a specific file opened.
If you have permissions to do so, I recommend installing this and check what process is locking the file.
