Hi,

I noticed in the last and current beta that it is quite a hassle to track public tickets of other developers.
Often you would like to be informed when someone else's public ticket is updated.
Here it would be good if there would be the possibility to subscribe and unsubscribe in the ticket system.

At the moment this is only possible by telling the support team, can you please add the following email address CC.
Vacation replacements could also be solved very well independently as a customer via this.

How do you see this? Who else has this problem?

Hi.

I agree. But you should have in mind that this can be achieved only to a ticket that is marked as public and the person that created the ticket can at any time change it to private. In that case you should not get the notifications even if you are in the cc list...

you are absolutely right. Then, of course, there should be no more notification.
