I noticed in the last and current beta that it is quite a hassle to track public tickets of other developers.
Often you would like to be informed when someone else's public ticket is updated.
Here it would be good if there would be the possibility to subscribe and unsubscribe in the ticket system.
At the moment this is only possible by telling the support team, can you please add the following email address CC.
Vacation replacements could also be solved very well independently as a customer via this.
How do you see this? Who else has this problem?
