Hi, I have an application in android 10 and when I need to send a mail with an attach works great, but I have the same application in android 11 and when i want to send a mail with an attach there is an error because gmail application have not access to the appeon folder. I am using the path appeongetcachedir() + "/plugin/" + filename

I am working with PS2020, PB2019 R3 Android 11 and a customized Appeon Workspace.

What can I do?

Thanks.

Hi Chris,

I have installed the  build 2758.

The application works perfectly but the problem is when I try to attach an pdf in a mail because the gmail aplication have not permittion to access to appeon folder.

To atach the pdf  I 'm  using the appeongetcachedir() + "/plugin/" + filename path.

Build 2758 would be the PB IDE build. I am taking about the PS2020 build number (which would also be the AWS build # as well).

Hi Jesus;

Since you are now on build 2758. If the email attachments(s) still do not work on Android 11 - then, please open a Support Ticket for this issue. In the ticket, please attach a simple reproducible PB App "test case" for Appeon to study.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Jesus;

  Did you install the latest PS2020 maintenance release - build 2703? That was the 1st build that supported Android 11.

Regards ... Chris
