I install a desktop application (PowerBuilder 2019 R2) on computers with Windows 10. On some computers, the headings under the menu pictures are clearly visible, but on others they are small and unclear (see attached file).
What could be causing this?

Can you reproduce this problem with PB 2022 R2? PB 2019 R2 is EOL no point to open support ticket for EOL version.
Also, have you set your DPI font scaling to 100%?

We have not yet decided to move to 2022.

So, upgrade to 2019 R3 and see if it still happens? If that's the case, I think Appeon might still support you.
