Hello,

For a new employee, to whom we want to assign his PowerBuilder license.

When I enter https://login.appeon.com/register it does not allow me to register a new user, for an employee of the company where I work.

Display the error:
This email address X_MRCC@BANGUAT.GOB.GT reputation is poor and failed to pass the IPQS validation. Please use a different email address to complete the account registration.

I guess it's because of the "X_". We have several users who have registered with "X_".

In the login portal, I did not find any support email, to report it there and that is why I put it here, to see if someone from APPEON can help me.

Hello Chris,

Thanks for the info.

It was resolved, creating an ALIAS for the email account so that it no longer had the "X_".

With this alias, he has already allowed the account to be created on the APPEON portal.

Hi Rodolfo ;

  Please create a Support Ticket so that we can have the Appeon Web Support team review this issue. Also then, the support ticket can be used to engage the License Team as well. They might be able to help you with a temporary workaround for this restriction.
