We are testing the migration from PB 12.6 to 2017 R2 and are having a lot of trouble printing reports.  The printers seem to randomly print crap pages most often after  some or all of the report has printed.  It is definitely a show stopper for the migration and I really need it as it fixes other problems I am having.

Hi John;

   Can you tell us ...

  • Have you tried using a different set of printers as a test to see if that helps?
  • What type of DWO's are you trying to print?
  • Are you printing to a local or network printer?
  • Are these reports just using the normal DC.Print() command?
  • What type of printer(s) are you using?

Regards ... Chris

It has happened on 2 types of printers both networked.

just dw.print()  and just normal "group" dw's - nothing fancy.

Hi John,

Please do let us know if using the NativePDF solution fixed your problem (once you've tested it, of course).

It did not happen the next two days but their volume was lower because of the wether. The PDF did not fix it.
