I'm trying to deploy an application using PowerServer 2017 R3 and I'm getting an error saying that it can't parse a structure. The structure contains comments for some of the fields. If I remove the comments it parses without any errors. Is this a known issue?

Hi Gene
Sorry that the comments of the structure are unsupported, you can find this information in PowerServer online Help below. Please manually remove comments from the structure to solve the issue.

yes. has always been this way. remove the comments.
this seems like such a stupid easy fix that should have been done in powerserver a long time ago
put it in as a bug. maybe if enough people do it will get fixed

Hi Zhao
How about those references to PFC/PFE class? There are tons of 'Have to Modify' coming out of a deploy in PowerServer. (some examples attached)
Thanks!

Hi,
PowerServer supports most features of PFC, but a few of them are not supported. You can refer to below article to see if any modification is needed or you can find workaround for them. OR you can refer to our demo application ACF (demo application is checked and downloaded by default when you install PowerServer Toolkit).
https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/2017/migration_guidelines/ch05.html
You can try use The AFC which is in the same path as PB code of Appeon demos on PowerServer Toolkit machine, for example:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Appeon\Toolkit 2017 R2\appeondemo\ACF_Framework

You can use PFC/PFE but you need to remove/rewrite unsupported features. Pipeline is unsupported feature.
