Resolved PowerBuilder Exit login SignOut

Hi Team,

I am using Appeon PowerBuilder license in my old office laptop. But due to some issue i surrender my laptop with logout (PowerBuilder) .

But now i received new laptop when i am trying to login PowerBuilder with my laptop after installed y. It was not able login "This account already logged in try another account to login". 

I given "sign-out on exit" also but it not working. Can any one help me asap.

Hi.

If you are the administrator of your license, then you can logon to appeon site. Go to "My Account -> User Center". Here you should have on the top an option: "License Management". If you click it you will see among the others a logout option for each product. Click on logout under Powerbuilder.

If you aren't the license administrator, then you have to ask your administrator to do that task for you.
