Adobe has an OLE Custom Browser control that can be used to display PDF's from a PB application. I did this for a PB 10.5 application over 15 years ago:

It may require the installation of the (free) Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which can be downloaded from Adobe:

The above image is taken of the PB Browser window from PB 2022 R2. I have had Acrobat Reader installed on my PC for a long time, so I do not know if the Acrobat Browser control comes with PB or with Acrobat Reader.

The new WebView2-based web browser control in PB 2022 may also be able to display PDF's, but even if it does, I think you'll have more/better control using the Acrobat Browser control. The earlier Chromium-based web browser control in PB 2019 and PB 2021 may also support the display of PDF's... I can't say.
