Hello, I have a Powerbuilder standard edition license, and I have tried to change it to cloud. I received the email indicating the change, but powerbuilder still has the standard license.

Thanks.

Hi Ana;

   Did you try refreshing your IDE license?

Select Account Management DDLB at the top right hand corner of your PB IDE and then in the next dialogue ..

Regards .... Chris

The next thing I would do then is to check to A) make sure that the proper license has been assigned to you and B) make sure that the "Stat Date" of the license is now vs in the future.

Note: For the above link, you might need to get your organization's License Administrator to double check your Cloud Pro license status as above.

Hi Ana Suárez Muñiz,

Your license admin assigned you a CloudPro license which takes effect during 2021-11-08 ~2022-11-07, therefore you won't be able to switch to a CloudPro license yet.

You are a standard license user in the period 2020-11-08~2021-11-07.

Regards

Sally Li

We are a team of 5 people and we only have two Cloud licenses. Can't a person change from a standard license to a Cloud license until the end of the standard license period?

Thanks.

No, you cannot share license. If you have 5 people who need to use Cloud features then you need to have 5 CloudPro licenses.
