We have an issue where Power Clients are not updating when we have deployed an updated version of the software. If we delete the application from the destination PC and access the URL the application deploys OK

When developing Power Clients, we deploy to the web server on our laptops and then copy the web site to a Web Server.

We have recently gone to PB2022 R2 but we still have a couple of applications running under PB2022 including the application which has raised this issue.

I am including screenshots of the PowerClient settings:

Would really appreciate some assistance

If you are already using the PB2022 R2 build 2819 Cloud App Launcher on the client PC and don't have any other Cloud App Launcher installed, it should work well.

Please double-check the versioning configuration in the deploylist.ini.zip (open with Notepad) deployed on the Web Server. Your new version and the old version should use exactly the same format string.

Hi Brett,

Are you using PB 2022 Build 1900? There was a similar versioning feature bug fixed in PB2022 build 1900. Notice to upgrade the Cloud App Launcher to build 1900.

Regards, Logan
