Resolved PB19 Application halting abnormally

We have PB2019 build 2082. Using Sybase SQL AnyWhere 2017 on Window 2016 Server. Also We have Window 10 with a 16GB RAM, 500GB HD. on the clients.

We have this application running for about 10 years. Was migrated thru different version of PB and since PB2019 came out we migrated to it. Up to PB2017 it was running super smooth. Since I migrated to PB2019 we are having an issue; the application halt randomly, with no errors. The application is running on the client PC.

I will appreciate any advice how to approach this issue.

Hi Clarence;

   Have you applied the latest maintenance release to PB 2019. That would be MR2170 (build 2170). That MR was released last December, 2019.
