Resolved PB app on virtual Win on Mac

Hi,

one of our customers is using Macs (not sure what version of iOS). They run virtual Windows 11 on it and our PB app.

The PB app from PB 12.1 works fine.

The PB 2022 (MR 1892) app does not. It crashes during launching on PBVM.dll.

The only thing that caught my eye is an ARM type processor.

More technical info in an attachment (it's in czech but I hope the technical stuff is comprehensible).

Is there anything we can do with it?

Hi 

currently PB is not running on Windows 11 on ARM processor. This stopped working after version 10.0.22000.588. Official suggestion is that customer should use an Intel Mac or a hosted solution like running it on Citrix.

You can search the forum for other tasks concerning this.

Hi Arthur;

  Correct ... Appeon PB & runtime is only supported on Wintel processors (Intel / AMD). That includes Mac & tablet based machines running MS-Windows.

The 'System Requirements' topic in the help doesn't mention that. I couldn't find anything on appeon.com about it.
