Dear all,

do some of you have experiences running PB 2019/2021 against Windows 11?

Any big issues/findings?

I know that 2021 is still not officially supported for Win 11, but I need to dind good reasons to go for it.

Many thanks in advance

Thorsten

Hi.

I've been running Windows 11 for a couple of months now - no issues at all.

Using PB2019 R3.

Hi Thorsten ;

  I found a bug in DDDW's in PB2021 on W11. This bug was fixed in the latest MR -  build 1506.

  I am now working with Engineering on a new W11 PowerClient and PowerServer bug that I found related to the CAL. I have no idea yet what is causing this error but it  started all of a sudden after a W11 update applied in early January 2022. Prior to that, the CAL was working OK in W11. The update seems to also affect IIS that I was using.

  Note that the above W11 update also affected the TopWizWeb product as well but I have been able to resolve this issue with some IIS changes - which I relayed to Roland.

Regards .. Chris
