Does anyone else have problems uninstalling PB 2017 & PowerServer 2017 while the antivirus is running?

On a PC with TrendMicro AV it failed with a message "Unauthorized File Encryption. Path: c:\users\marcin\appdata\local\temp\{c38...setup.exe"

and on a PC with Bitdefender it failed with a message "Potentially malicious application blocked. Path c:\users\marcin\appdata\local\temp\{95...checkProcConsole.exe"

I use Webroot and Malwarebytes on my PC, and I had no issues uninstalling PB2017 R1 while they were running on my Win7 64 bit platform.

Have you tried turning your anti-virus app off and running the uninstall?

Hi Olan, yes it was OK when we switched off AV on all computers.

I just wanted to know why it was happening as we didn't have this problem with any other software for years (including older PB version).
