Apparently my PB2019R3 version is confused and it says I already have PB running, so I cannot open up an instance in my development VM.

However, I just rebooted both VMs, PROD and DEV, so I >>> KNOW <<< that PB is not running.

How can I clear up the online flag so that I can use PB2019R3 again.







*** Yes, I tried searching for various keywords in the Forum search, but never got back an appropriate result.

Adding to what Chris said, you need to have your license admin do this. If you are license admin then yourself do this using the link Chris provided.

OK.

I rebooted both VMs.
The DEV VM is now working properly and I can open PB2019R3 for work.

I shut down PB2019R3 in the DEV VM and went to the PROD VM.
Tried to open PB in the PROD VM and got this:


When I went to the License Management sitem I saw this:


Say what?!? This is new behavior.

Oh, and when I checked the Licenses:
