Hello,

 

I have problem with my PB license.

I installed new windows and hence I have re-installed PowerBuilder.

After re-installing, I try to log in with my credentials but It say you already log in and PB closes.

Hi Prabhakar,

Please go to https://account.appeon.com/logout-user/pb and log out the account manually. After that, you shall be able to log in again.

Are you a registered license admin for your company. AFAIK only license admins can logout users.

Hello,

I am not admin user for my company.

So may be this is stopping me doing this logout.

Meanwhile I escalated this issue to admin user.

Hope this will be solved soon.

Your license admin needs to log you out using the link Julie provided. Our team went ahead and logged you out, but normally we do not do this and require you to contact your license admin.
