Our customer reported that after upgrading to IM 2022, reports are printing (to paper) using the wrong fonts. In this image you can see scans of two printouts of the same report. Most of the headings are a different font. The headers for 'Account Code' and 'Current Annual Budget' appear to be the same. Our PB app is 2022 Build 1892 and they should be using the same build of IM.

Any suggestions?

From our customer:

One of our troubleshooting steps was updating our printer drivers which didn't do anything but we've since learned of a difference between PCL vs PS printer drivers. After testing with a Lexmark Universal PS driver, we've found that reports are printing correctly to Lexmark printers.

  Are the IM users now using a different "Default Printer" by chance?

I think it is the same printer, I'm waiting on more information. Hopefully they can get me the PBL files so I can try to reproduce.
