Resolved Http 500

Hi guys,

  PB version = 2022 Build 1900

  I  couldnt launch my cloudapp. I encountered http status code 500 when run my clouapp.(see attachment). I check the help file, not much information can help me to debug the issue. Anyone encountered before?

  Earlier version of cloudapp that i build/prepared, doesnt has this issue. I need enlightenment to solve this issue. Thank you.

Hi Sim,

 

Do two applications under the same IIS website use the same application pool?

  What error(s) are recorded in the Web Server and / or PowerServer log(s) when the 500 error occurs?

I dnt quite understand your question. But, i do build two site, but i had disable a site. See picture attached next.

Hi Sim, you can refer to steps in https://docs.appeon.com/ps2022r2/Converting_Web_APIs_to_IIS_sub_app.html to double-check configuration of application pool.
