Hi everyone,

For anyone struggling with rich text edit controls and looking for a replacement, there's hope.

Tinymce (open source).

I did not manage to get it working with the latest version, since I think that one needs to be on "the cloud", but this one is good enough.

I have not tried it yet with the new internet browser control of pb 2019 R2. This is build on pb 2017 R3, with the traditional Microsoft Browser control, for which you might have to change registry  settings so it'll be emulating internet explorer 11. Not sure if really needed, as I think the editor is compatible with internet explorer 6 / 7?

Hi Miguel, You up to writing a tech article and putting your sample implementation on CodeXchange?  Doing so will hep this to get long-term visibility rather than get buried in the many posts that pile on top of each other.
