Hello,

What exactly is the "default" object that appears to be created when a datawindow report is generated in InfoMaker?

... and are there any issues if we delete that object from the PBL using PowerBuilder.

In our application, we run a report that lists all of the duplicate named objects in our LibraryPath and the "default" object is reported in each of our externalized .pbl reports.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Greg

That is the application object. It is hidden when viewed from InfoMaker.

So can we delete all of them with no issues?

I'm not sure, maybe you can just skip over them in your duplicate names report.

Hi Gregory .. that would mess up the IM IDE. However, if this is a "copy" of the IM PBL - then deleting the App Object (as Roland correctly point out that it is) should not interfere with your PB App or IM IDE.
