Resolved Hosting REST API on AWS

How can we deploy REST API on AWS from SnapDevelop ? Can you please guide me with the steps that should be followed to do so! 

SnapDevelop is not register ?!
Migrate to Web Api how to export datawindows to PD...

I hosted one on Amazon Lightsail.  I explained how to do that in part of my presentation of C# Web Services at Elevate 2019.  There's a recording of it here.  That link starts at the point where I explain how to deploy, as it was 2.5 hours into a 3 hour presentation.
