How to enable DataWindow Column specifications view?

PB Installation Error
First tab not opening automatically in PB2017.

Hi Mike;

  In the DW Painter, select View => Layouts => (Default) from the painter's menu.

Thank you Chris, I was clicking on View tab and column specification was grayed out. Your suggestion did it.
