Hello,

We would like to migrate our infrastructure from Citrix XenDesktop 1808 (Windows 10) to Windows Remote Desktop Services (Window Server 2019).

Connected on Citrix, each user has a copy of the .exe and of the .dll's locally. With this configuration, everything works fine.

With RDS connection, the users are sharing the same .exe and .dll's.

When multiple users are connected together, there are display problems. Randomly, when the user opens a screen containing datawindows in consultation mode, the data is sometimes not displayed.

When the user leaves the screen and comes back later, then it works.

Do you any any experience on this type of problems ? If yes, what are the "best pratices" to follow at server, application and/or registry level to avoid this problem ?

As database, we are using IBM Informix (Server Linux).

Best Regards,

Frédérique
