Hello All,

I want to create a DICOM image viewer in PowerBuilder . Could you please advise how to do that ? 

Is it possible without using any external SDK/API ? I have found out few SDK like  LEADTOOLS PACS imaging SDK but this one is very costly. 

Please advise.

Hi Subhrajyoti;

   Why not just use PB's built in Picture or Ink control for viewing the images (could also use an Ink DW too)?

No but, there are lots of free DICOM to JPEG/PNG/etc conversion utilities that you can call from your PB App to align the image format for use with PB's built-in controls as the viewer. For example:
