Resolved database included?

I am curious if there is a database included in the PB purchase? I don't see anything in the docs or FAQ but I might have missed it.

It has been a LONG time since I purchased PB for myself but I think it used to come with a copy of SQL Anywhere that could be deployed with your app.

Hi,

One option: You could use MySQL is still free. Today free software coexists with the one that is purchased under license.

Hi Richard;

      While Marco is correct about SA being free for the development side of your SDLC ... for production use, you would need to purchase the SA product in order to deploy this DBMS with your PB Apps. In addition to Alfredo's suggestion on MySQL, PB2017R2 now supports the PostgreSQL DBMS as well. Postgres is also a free open source DBMS that you can deploy for free with your PB App's.
