Application terminated

please help me 

the application not work when close cmd

The CMD window is the Web APIs for your app.  Your client app cannot work without the Web APIs... this is an n-tier app.  

If you want to deploy your Web APIs without the CMD window, you will need to compile the C# source code of the Web APIs in SnapDevelop.  https://docs.appeon.com/ps2022/Hosting_Web_APIs_in_IIS.html

Hi Mohammed;

  You must close the Application first. The DOS command window is the Web API server. Closing the DOS command window first will "kill" all application sessions (hence the session error message).
