i CAN´T ACTIVATE POWER SERVER IN LOCALHOST/AEM/

I GOT THIS MESSAGE

Failed to log in. Please make sure a valid online license is assigned to the account. Error code: 1009, error message: Cannot find a valid license.

i UPGRADE MY LICENSE FROM PROFESIONAL TO CLOUD

I INSTALLED POWER SERVER BUT I CAN´T ACTIVATE

I AM REGISTER TO APPEON WITH MY EMAIL rafael_m_rodriguez@hotmail.com

PLEASE HELP ME, HOW CAN I DO THIS?

Version 2020 is obsolete.  Please use version 2021.  You already have a developer license of 2021 with your CloudPro subscription.  If any questions about licensing in Latin America, please contact Dora Sistemas.

BUT, I NEED TO DEPLOY FOR ANDROID, AND POWER SERVER 2021 CAN´T
