Hello everyone, 

We have an Appeon web case when we enable and disable a button in several windows. The button is disabled when opening the window, then when we select or fill a field the button does not enable, but its appearance changes as if it were enabled but it is not. Then when all the requirements to be enabled are already met, it is possible to click on the button. However, the real problem is that it does not happen on all computers. In fact, I created 2 deploys wherein one of them it works and in another not, in one of the machines where we identify the problem. Could it be a cache problem? Have you had other similar cases before?

BTW we are working with Appeon PowerServer toolkit R3 1880 and Workgroup PowerServer 2017 R3 1858 in the server.

Hi Oscar;

  I would like to suggest trying to clear the PowerServer Web App's local cache on the user PC's where the issue is found. You should be able to locate the cache in the "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\appeon" folder of the web browser user's PC. Just delete all the sub-folders.
