Hello,

Would like to know whether logging in is allowed from two different computers for 2017 and 2019 with the same login credentials ... ?   One computer will be used exclusively for 2017 and the other for 2019.

No. There is no guarantee that both are being used by the same person.

What you have to do is set the login option for both versions to Auto login and Sign out on exit. You will be able to use one, exit, and then go into the other.
