Resolved "You are already logged in" error message

Hi, When I try to launch Power Builder 2017, i am getting the below error message:

"You are already logged in" 

Please suggest how to get rid of this.

Does PDFNative.ImageFormat (new in 2017 R2) do any...

You must be logged in on another machine using your email address or you are running on VMWare and you forgot to explicitly logout.  Please read the license guide so you understand how to properly logout.   To free up the license you will need your license admin to login to the User Center and do a forced logout of your license.  This is also covered in the license guide.
