Windows 7 works Ok in all types of workstations using all the browser

Windows 10 running in a notebook cause the problem running in Chrome/Mozilla (we test in a HP ENVY and in a Windows Surface)

Hi,

you are right the problem is with high resolution screen in the notebooks.

For example in the Windows Surface with Resolution of 2160x1440 the problem appears changing the res to 1366x768 solve the problem.

we will test more resolutions

Hi Andres,

This might also be related to the resolution of your screen. Try changing it and see if this changed the behavior. Please do let us know if you noticed any changes.

Hi Andres;

  • Are you on the latest version of Chrome?
  • Are both the PC and notebook versions the same?
  • What about other browsers on the NoteBook PC ... do they work OK for your test App?

Note: Edge, FF, Chrome, Opera use the same multi-browser plug-in DLL.

Suggestion: Try reinstalling the multi-browser plug-in again.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Andres;

   Sounds like the issue is with the Notebook / Surface machines and in particular, with the higher video resolutions.

I would suggest opening a Support Ticket for this issue.

Regards ... Chris
