We are facing issues in the PSR files that Vertical Texts are shifted from place.

From some sources we found by adding pb.ini file in the installation folder issue got resolved( pb.ini contains [PB] PBESCAPEMENTMODE=1). But now the files which don't have this issue earlier, started getting this issue.

Any idea, how to resolve this Alignment issue?

Note: This issue we are facing only in Xen server machines. In windows 10 or azure vm issue got solved by adding the pb.ini file.

Hi Dhruv ;

  Note that PSR file contain both the DataWindow object source plus Primary buffer data. In order to render the DWO part though when loading the PSR DWO part, the PB runtime will then depend on the O/S environment. In particular the "default Printer" where the DWO gets its fonts and layout information in order to render the GUI part of the display. My guess is that the Xen server machines have a configuration which is hampering the DWO rendering.

  Suggestion: Why not deploy PDF files instead to distribute reports? They would be more O/S environment insensitive to render.

Regards .. Chris
