Hi Team,

Hope you are doing well.

Need your help for a query regarding Microsoft web browser OLE object, used for browsing a URL.

When accessing a URL using Navigate command through PB IDE, I am able to launch URL.

But same URL(in application) when I am trying to launch through same citrix application, its not loading. Is it something related to browser?

Please confirm. Thanks.

Hi Ganpati;

  My guess is that it's the Citrix environment. Either the Web Browser OLE Object itself, the Citrix network, Antivirus, Firewall or maybe Proxy Server. Just my guess as I'm not a Citrix expert. I would check with your Citrix Support Team on these aspects.

Are you using the lastest PB 2022 R3 that uses the "WebView2" control to drive the built-in WB control?

Instead of EOL and unsecure Internet Explorer, try using the new WebBrowser control in PB 2019 R3?

But you need to upgrade to build 2797 or newer: https://docs.appeon.com/pb/release_bulletin_for_pb/Build-2797-MR-Improvements.html
