Resolved Unable to Open Library List, PB 2019 R2

I am attempting to add a PBL to an existing workspace.

Click Right mouse and see Library List but it only beeps and fails to open.

The only option is to close the IDE from the TaskBar,

It appears that it might be running but not coming active and the IDE cannot is no longer in focus so nothing works.

Alt-Tab does not show any running window, so I am currently clueless as to what is causing this.

Any suggestions?

Hi Lloyd,

maybe some settings about position of the window are wrong.

Try to delete the settings from registry: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Sybase\PowerBuilder\19.0\Settings.

For the Target Window the values are stored in "AppTargetPropLastPosition". Maybe also that the value for "AppTargetPropLastTouchedTab" is wrong. Delete the two entries and try again.
