I am having trouble logging in to Power Builder IDE. I'm getting an error message saying that this account has already logged in to Power Builder. The problem is that there is no way for me to log it out because I am using the same device that was recently reformatted due to a corrupted OS. I've tried changing the password but still the same error. For your kind assistance

If this is happening often and License admins are not readily available (Overnight work), is there a flag that can be reset locally or a timeout in play? Some users have this message so frequently it affects their work (Lock machine and come back to work) or idle lockout of machine. Then come back and are locked waiting sometimes after shift for an admin to 'release' their license.

Could there be a lower role (not license admin) we can assign for this purpose at minimum? Or self serve?

I see from forums I am not alone in this experience.
